Work

After completing my minor in Computer Science at Washington University in St. Louis, my passion for coding was reignited during a project to redesign the website for Precision Sales and Marketing. That experience made it clear that I wanted to focus on the technical side of business: building, solving problems, and improving systems.

To deepen my skills, I joined Fullstack Academy’s Software Engineering Immersive bootcamp, where I honed my abilities in full-stack JavaScript development. After graduating, I became a Teaching Fellow at Fullstack, mentoring students, leading workshops, and learning the power of clear communication and problem solving through teaching.

Since then, I’ve spent the past several years at Bolt, growing from a Support Analyst to Manager of Support Engineering. At Bolt, I’ve led a global team of engineers, built internal tools to streamline workflows, and helped resolve complex technical issues for enterprise merchants across major eCommerce platforms. My work bridges the gap between engineering and customer success. My goal is to turn technical challenges into scalable solutions that improve both product reliability and customer experience.

Today, I’m focused on combining my background in software engineering, data, customers, and leadership to help make great products even better.
